The questions we hear most.

Do I need a DR license to list?
Agents and brokerages — yes. We verify your corredor certificado number before we switch your account on. Master developers and land holders listing their own inventory do not need an agent license, but we do verify title and the U.S. partner structure.
Can I list properties outside the Dominican Republic?
Not yet. Our charter is the DR first. Caribbean expansion (PR, DR2, Jamaica, Cayman) is planned for Q1 2027 once the DR listing graph and U.S. MLS feed are stable.
What happens when the U.S. MLS feed launches?
We are building a RESO-compliant data feed so Caribbean inventory flows through to U.S. MLS partners (Realtor.com, Zillow, NAR affiliates) when we sign them. Developer tiers are included; Flagship gets priority placement; Agent Pro and Broker are in the queue.
What data do you keep?
Listing data (price, photos, specs, location) is ours to syndicate. Buyer personal information stays with you — we route the lead, we do not scrape it. Full terms in our Privacy Policy.
Are there hidden fees beyond the subscription?
No. Your tier includes the listings, lead routing, and bilingual pages. Featured Boost ($99–$499/mo) and Fair booth invites (Flagship-included, others by invitation) are optional and transparent. Never a per-lead fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month. Cancel before the next cycle and your listings gracefully sunset at the end of the paid period. Your leads stay yours.
How long until my listing is live?
Target is 7 business days from the day we receive your onboarding kit (photos, pricing, copy, license/title proofs). Flagship microsites take longer — typically 3 to 4 weeks — because our team produces the page.
