Once or twice a year, in New York, Texas, and Miami, we fly the developers in. You meet them face-to-face, walk the floor plans, put deposits on units, and leave with a passport of next steps. No pressure. No tourist-trap pitches. Just the builders and you.
Most "real estate fairs" are brokerage events — a dozen agents chasing commission on the same inventory. Ours aren't. We bring the developers themselves: the owners of the land, the construction partners, the legal teams. Every project has a US-based partner on the floor so you're never reading a translated brochure alone.

Yes. Attendance is free. You RSVP, you show up, you leave with materials. The developers and we cover the venue and catering. There's no ticket fee and no hidden pitch.
No. Most attendees walk the floor, take brochures, ask questions, and go home to think. If you want to put a unit on hold, there's a $500 on-site reservation — fully refundable at closing — but it's never required.
Agents without a client, brokers scouting inventory to represent us (we cover that through our Partner program), and anyone expecting hard-sell tactics. We built this for buyers.
Yes — these fairs are family-friendly. List your group size on the RSVP. We have a quiet room with snacks for kids so the adults can focus.
