What is a Development Fair

A one-day
embassy of builders.

Most "real estate fairs" are brokerage events — a dozen agents chasing commission on the same inventory. Ours aren't. We bring the developers themselves: the owners of the land, the construction partners, the legal teams. Every project has a US-based partner on the floor so you're never reading a translated brochure alone.

Printed floor plans, full renders, price lists, unit availability — updated the morning of. Walk table to table; compare properties side by side; take material home.

Meet the owners

Every developer on our platform is US-partnered for a reason. You meet both the Dominican builder and the stateside partner in the same conversation. Questions get answered once, not forwarded.

Reserve on the day

If a unit fits, a $500 refundable-at-closing hold takes it off the board for 30 days while paperwork closes. No pressure — but no one else can grab it while you think.

What to know before you come.

Is it really free?

Yes. Attendance is free. You RSVP, you show up, you leave with materials. The developers and we cover the venue and catering. There's no ticket fee and no hidden pitch.

Do I have to buy anything on the day?

No. Most attendees walk the floor, take brochures, ask questions, and go home to think. If you want to put a unit on hold, there's a $500 on-site reservation — fully refundable at closing — but it's never required.

Who shouldn't come?

Agents without a client, brokers scouting inventory to represent us (we cover that through our Partner program), and anyone expecting hard-sell tactics. We built this for buyers.

Can I bring kids / family?

Yes — these fairs are family-friendly. List your group size on the RSVP. We have a quiet room with snacks for kids so the adults can focus.

Will someone call me before the fair?

Yes — one short call, three to five days out, to match you with the two or three developers most relevant to your budget and region. This saves you time on the floor.

I'm a developer — how do I join the next fair?
