Los Uveros Village sits on a quiet stretch of Playa Buen Hombre in Monte Cristi — the last untouched coastline in the Dominican Republic's northwest. Kite surfers know it. Wind is steady. Water is shallow and the color of glass. Offshore, Cayo Arena rises out of the sea like a postcard.
We didn't build this to sell units. We built it for the diaspora — for Dominicans abroad who wanted a real address in their country, and for Americans who were done with crowds. Every villa has a private pool. Every lot is over four thousand square feet. Every villa is titled, gated, and finished to Spanish-modern standards that wouldn't look out of place in Palm Beach or Málaga.
