When you submit a form on our site (buyer inquiry, partner application, careers, contact, or list-a-property), we collect what you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, budget range, and any message you write. Forms are processed by our form handler, Netlify Forms.

If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. This may include: IP address (truncated), device and browser type, approximate city-level location, pages viewed, referring URL, and time on page. See Cookie Policy for details.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a record of the relationship — typically up to 36 months from your last interaction. Analytics data is kept for 14 months (the GA4 default). We delete or anonymize earlier on verified request.
Children's privacy
Our services are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.
International transfers
The platform serves users in the United States, the Dominican Republic, and other countries. Information submitted to our forms may be stored and processed in the United States (by Netlify) and the Dominican Republic (by our partners and broker). By submitting a form you understand that your information may be transferred outside your country of residence and handled under applicable U.S. and Dominican law.
