Partner Terms — Review Before Signing
1. The Listing
  1. LWP publishes your business in our public directory, searchable by category and region.
  2. You control your listing content and may request edits at any time by email.
  3. LWP may translate your listing into Spanish/English for bilingual display.
2. Leads & Commercial Terms
  1. We route buyer requests that match your category and region to you via email/WhatsApp.
  2. Currently there is no listing fee and no commission on leads. This may change with 30 days' written notice.
  3. You are free to work with other platforms. No exclusivity.
3. Quality & Removal
  1. You agree to respond to routed leads within 48 business hours (or honestly decline).
  2. You agree to honor quoted prices, published hours, and service claims.
  3. LWP may remove a partner for repeated buyer complaints, fraud, unlicensed practice (where a license is legally required), or material misrepresentation.
4. Data
  1. LWP stores your business info to operate the directory.
  2. LWP may publish anonymized, aggregated market data (e.g. "42 construction partners in Cibao") in reports or research — never your contact data without consent.
  3. You can leave the directory at any time by emailing info@liveworkplayindr.com. Your listing is removed within 5 business days.
5. Governing Law
  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic for DR-based partners, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (USA) for U.S.-based partners.
  2. Disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation first, mediation second, arbitration third.
